The initiative was held in all Grimshaw Architects offices around the globe for a whole week. Events covered talks with external speakers, panel discussions and different fundraising activities.

The logo is inspired by the flag of Nepal, resembling a crack, taking a risk and being bold in pursuit of a strong response from the imagery, encouraging participation.

Applications included event posters and a photographic mural with pictures from different members of the staff that traveled to the country in the past few years, portraying the beauty of its people and landscape.
