Casa Mira is one of the oldest bakeries in Madrid, Spain
Founded in 1842 by Luis Mira, Casa Mira is well known for its traditional Christmas sweets. Being recognised for its product but not having a strong identity, they asked for a rebranding that would help to attract a younger audience.
The logo is built using a combination of a contemporary sans serif and serif fonts in aim to keep a sense of tradition. The I in Mira resembles the shape of the whipped cream in a Pepito, one of their most famous pastries.
Casa Mira’s identity resides in its artisan and authentic method. The palette in white and pastel tones gives the brand a contemporary but still approachable feeling.
